BEGMAMA LTD is a registered company in England and Wales operating primarily in London and the surrounding areas, providing high-quality, precise, and professional tiling services.

2. Services

BEGMAMA LTD provides professional tiling and surface preparation services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Our services include:

  • Complete bathroom and kitchen tiling
  • Wall and floor tiling (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaic, etc.)
  • Wet room installation and waterproofing (tanking)
  • Surface preparation, latex leveling, and screeding
  • Regrouting, resealing, and tile repairs
  • Eco-conscious waste management and disposal of old tiles
  • Underfloor heating preparation and installation

All services are carried out in accordance with UK Health and Safety legislation, BS 5385 (British Standard for wall and floor tiling), and relevant building regulations.

3. Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure a project timeline and order necessary materials. Progress payments may be scheduled for larger projects, with the final balance payable upon project completion and handover.

We accept payments via bank transfer and major credit/debit cards.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment Security

All card payments are processed securely via Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Payment details are encrypted and are never stored on our servers.

4. Standards and Compliance

BEGMAMA LTD guarantees that all works will be performed with reasonable skill and care, adhering to agreed designs and specifications.

Our commitment to “eco-conscious” services means we aim to minimize waste, recycle packaging, and responsibly dispose of old tiles and materials to divert them from landfills.

Our service guarantees do not cover:

  • Cracks or damage caused by underlying structural movement or settlement
  • Delays or issues caused by the discovery of hidden plumbing, electrical, or damp problems
  • Inherent color, texture, or shading variations in natural stone or mixed batches of tiles
  • Damage to tiles or grout caused by third-party contractors post-installation
  • Pre-existing substrate failures that were not visible or disclosed prior to work commencing

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Clearing the work area of furniture, appliances, and personal items prior to our arrival
  • Ensuring first-fix plumbing and electrical works are completed before tiling begins
  • Providing access to adequate power, lighting, and clean water on site
  • Securing necessary parking permits or providing parking for our tradesmen
  • Notifying neighbors of potentially noisy works (e.g., tile cutting and preparation)
  • Providing the agreed tiles and materials on site if not supplied by BEGMAMA LTD

Failure to meet these responsibilities, especially site preparation, may result in project delays and additional standby charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

BEGMAMA LTD’s liability is limited to the total value of the contract price. We are not liable for any loss of profit, business interruption, or indirect losses arising from project delays.

Insurance Coverage

We maintain comprehensive Public Liability Insurance specifically rated for professional tiling and interior renovation activities. Proof of insurance and specific cover levels are available upon request.

7. Changes to These Terms

BEGMAMA LTD reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

For significant changes, existing clients with active contracts will be notified via email. Continued engagement of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
